Shipping policy
Thank you for supporting my art! As the sole artist and owner of this shop, I strive to fulfill each order with care and attention. Please read the following shipping policy for more information about your order.
Processing Time
- Standard Orders: Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Custom Artwork Orders: Custom artwork may take up to 10 business days to complete before shipping. The time required depends on the complexity of the piece, and I will keep you updated throughout the process.
- Commissions (Special Requests): For commissions, the processing time will begin once I’ve provided a quote and received payment. The timeline for fulfilling commissions will be discussed directly and depend on the specifics of your request.
Please note, orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. If there are any delays, you’ll be notified via email.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- I offer several shipping options, including standard, expedited, and express delivery. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
- While I do my best to meet these delivery estimates, please note that delivery times can vary due to factors like weather or shipping carrier delays.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you choose.
- Expedited and express shipping options may incur additional fees, which will be calculated during checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to keep you updated on your package’s journey.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the tracking number.
Domestic Shipping Only
- Currently, I am only offering shipping within the US. Unfortunately, international shipping is not available at this time.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged or is suspected to be lost, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. I will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue—whether that’s by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order, as I am not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, reach out to me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to make changes before your order ships.
