Terms of Service

By purchasing from Giordanelli Art, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General Information

Giordanelli Art is an online shop operated by J. Gabriella Giordanelli (Gaby), the sole artist and owner. These Terms of Service govern all orders and transactions on this website, including sales of custom artwork, commissions, and any other products offered.

2. Products and Custom Artwork

  • All products listed on the site, including custom artwork and commissions, are created by me personally. I strive to represent each item accurately in photos and descriptions, but please note that colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting.
  • Custom Artwork: Custom artwork orders may take up to 10 business days to be completed, depending on the complexity of the piece.
  • Commissions: For special commission requests, I will provide a quote based on your requirements. The processing time begins once the quote is approved and payment is received.

3. Payment

  • All payments are due at the time of purchase. I accept payments via credit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, etc.
  • For commissions, full payment (as agreed upon) is required before work begins.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders for custom artwork and commissions cannot be canceled once work has started. For non-custom items, cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • If you need to cancel a non-custom order, please contact me immediately at hello@giordanelliart.com.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders will be shipped once payment is processed and the product is ready. Standard shipping is typically processed within 3-5 business days; custom artwork may take up to 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout, based on the delivery method chosen and your location. I currently offer domestic shipping only (within the US).
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

6. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Due to the personalized nature of custom artwork and commissions, I do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.
  • If your order arrives damaged or if there is a problem with the artwork, please contact me within [insert number]days of receiving it, and I will work with you to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and content created by me, including custom artwork and commissioned pieces, are my intellectual property.
  • I retain the rights to the artwork unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without my permission.
  • Commissioned work may be shared on my social media or website for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise during the commission process.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the correct shipping address and any specifics for custom or commissioned artwork.
  • If you notice an error in your order or address, please contact me as soon as possible to make corrections before the order ships.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • While I strive to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions and fulfill orders promptly, I cannot be held responsible for delays or issues beyond my control, such as shipping carrier delays, lost or stolen packages, or damages caused during shipping.
  • My liability for any claim related to a product purchase will be limited to the amount you paid for that product.

10. Modifications

  • I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be noted at the bottom.
