Return & Refund Policy
At Giordanelli Art, customer satisfaction is important to me. Below is an outline of our return and refund policy based on the type of product you've purchased. Please read through carefully before completing your order.
Custom-Made Artwork (E.g., Pet & Family Illustrations)
Since many of the products I offer are custom-made to order, including personalized pet and family illustrations, returns and exchanges are not accepted for these items unless there is an error on my part.
- Proof Approval: I will send you a proof of your custom artwork for approval before finalizing the order. Once you approve the proof, no further revisions can be made. If you request a change after approval, I may charge an additional fee for revisions.
- Mistakes or Errors: If there is a mistake with your custom artwork due to my error (such as incorrect details, spelling, or omissions), please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork. I will make it right by offering a replacement or revision at no additional charge.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your custom order within 24 hours of purchase, before I begin the artwork. After 24 hours, cancellations are no longer accepted.
Non-Custom Items (Prints, Greeting Cards, Stickers, etc.)
For any non-custom items (such as prints, greeting cards, stickers, or ready-made artwork), returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
- Return Period: You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused and in their original condition to be eligible for a return. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a full refund (minus return shipping) will be issued if the item meets the return criteria.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order is damaged or incorrect due to an error on my part, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering either:
- A replacement at no additional cost, or
- A full refund (if the item is non-custom).
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details, especially for custom items. I will confirm all the details with you before starting any work, and I may contact you if I notice any issues with the provided information. For custom items, once the artwork proof is approved, no changes can be made.
